Our data comes from our own servers. We scrape all of the servers listed on our homepage in order to get their current user insights.

We ping all of the watched servers every ten minutes.

When we ping the server, it may not be online. We save that information, and it appears as a hole in the graph.

You can easily contact us on our contact page to ask to add a server. However, your server may not be added to the list based on certain criteria.

We currently do not have a public API. However, if you are interested in accessing our data, you can express your interest on our contact page.
